Membership is selective, and applicants must provide accurate information. Fees or contributions, if required, must be paid as stated. Personal data is protected and used only for group purposes. Participation in events is voluntary and at members’ own risk. Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless an administrative error occurs or special approval is granted. Event fees may be refunded only if cancellation is made at least 3 days before the event. No refunds are given for late cancellations or no-shows. If the Group cancels an event, a full refund or credit will be offered. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
